    Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Supply Planning

     

    Reports To: Manager – Supply Planning

     

    Employment Type: 52 Week Contract

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our Supply Planning team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) across various supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory health, and revenue tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and PowerBI, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    eKey Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs using PowerBI to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory health, and revenue tracking.

    + Utilize SQL to clean and manage data within Synapse, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

    + Publish dashboards and reports in PowerBI for team visibility and decision-making.

    + Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings, illustrating the relationship between demand and supply plans.

    + Design process maps and standard operating procedures related to supply chain functions.

    + Extract and analyze data from ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to support reporting and dashboard creation.

    + Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to cross-functional teams.

    + Demonstrate a proactive, self-sufficient approach to learning and problem-solving.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and supply chain functions.

    Proficiency in:

    + SQL for data coding and analytics

    + Advanced Excel

    + PowerBI

    + PowerPoint

     

    Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

     

    Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including manufacturing, supply planning, and demand planning.

     

    Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
