    Job Title: Senior Accountant

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a hungry Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting skills, advanced financial reporting expertise, and a keen ability to analyze complex financial data. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes, adhering to industry regulations, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end closings for multiple entities.

    + Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable reporting standards.

    + Review and coordinate tax filings and audits alongside third-party specialists when applicable.

    + Collaborate across departments to align accounting operations with broader organizational strategy.

    + Conduct budget-to-actual analyses, identifying variances and recommending cost-saving opportunities.

    + Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable transactions, and expense tracking processes.

    + Stay current on changes in financial regulations and industry trends to maintain best practices.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or other certifications strongly preferred.

    + Minimum of 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably within high-growth or fast-paced environments.

    + Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems; experience with financial reporting software highly encouraged.

    + Demonstrated expertise in GAAP principles, compliance reporting, and technical accounting.

    + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
