Senior Accountant

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance, including revenue and expense activity across various accounts and business areas.

+ Prepare and review financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Perform detailed variance analysis and account reconciliations as needed.

+ Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and related documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners such as auditors and regulatory entities.

+ Compile financial data from multiple sources to develop clear, actionable reports and ensure appropriate reconciliation of information.

+ Process journal entries, invoices, allocations, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.

+ Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and business case analyses.

+ Contribute to internal policy documentation and departmental procedures to promote clarity, accuracy, and control.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to inquiries, provide insights, and support ongoing financial operations.

+ Complete additional assignments and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

+ Strong analytical thinking, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload with minimal supervision.

+ Working knowledge of large ERP general ledger systems.

+ Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
