Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Albany, New York. This role is ideal for someone who excels in front desk operations and thrives in a detail-oriented services environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously at the front desk.

• Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Maintain organized records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

• Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

• Provide support during busy periods to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools.

• Proficiency in handling phone systems and email correspondence.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
