Job Title: Field Technician
Job Description
The Field Technician will handle customer calls to the field to service equipment and troubleshoot repairs. The role requires experience with PLCs and involves assisting the sales team with engineering to draft pricing.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to customer calls for field service and equipment troubleshooting.
+ Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment.
+ Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to draft pricing proposals.
+ Conduct PLC troubleshooting and use schematics and diagrams for effective problem-solving.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with PLCs.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and installation.
+ Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience in controls and conduit installation.
+ Field experience as a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Controls Technician.

Work Environment
Work independently with initial training in Alabama for two weeks, followed by a return to New York to work alongside the Fleet pump crew.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
