Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will use hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies. This role involves utilizing screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, as well as production machinery for solder paste printing and component assembly. You will perform quality checks on your work before proceeding to the next steps. Instructions for each assembly are accessed via computer, requiring you to log into multiple programs.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools.
+ Operate production machinery for solder paste printing.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled products.
+ Access and follow step-by-step instructions using computer programs.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with production and computer operation.
+ Familiarity with assembly and soldering processes.
+ Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Basic computer skills for accessing instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
+ Customer service experience is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
