Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician at our full-cycle manufacturing plant located in Suffield, CT. We are looking for an individual with prior quality inspection experience using micrometers, and calipers. .

Responsibilities

+ Work alongside machine operators to inspect cut hoses.

+ Utilize micrometers, rulers, and visual inspection techniques to ensure accuracy of cut hoses.

+ Move efficiently between four machines as part of the inspection process.

+ Use hand tools to trim frayed ends of hoses when necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

+ Strong work history with stable employment.

+ Excellent attention to detail.

+ Willingness to learn and contribute as a team player.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a large production facility with around 110 permanent employees across three shifts. The shift is from 10pm to 6am. The dress code is casual, with jeans and t-shirts acceptable. Upon permanent employment, employees receive a company uniform.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SUFFIELD, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
