    Job Summary:

    **We are seeking a reliable and skilled Operator** to join our production team. This role encompasses a variety of machine operation, cleaning, inspection, and assembly tasks across multiple departments, including cleanroom environments, vacuum atomization furnaces, and CNC machining. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate various machines including scalpers, classifiers, swecos, rotex, CNC machines, and vacuum atomization furnaces.

    + Perform disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of machinery and containers to meet quality control standards.

    + Assist in furnace operations including raw material preparation, control board monitoring, and minor equipment repairs.

    + Conduct quality inspections and maintain cleanliness in accordance with CORE, FOD, and EH&S guidelines.

    + Support CNC machining operations by running programs, performing basic machining tasks, and adhering to safety protocols.

    + Use precision measuring instruments and follow blueprint specifications with continued guidance.

    + Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

    + Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience in a production or manufacturing setting as a machine operator, general laborer, or technician.

    + Mechanical aptitude, including hands-on experience with motors, tools, or automotive repair.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work from heights up to 60 feet.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, blueprint reading, and basic machining practices.

    + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

    + Reliable transportation and punctuality.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. or vocational/technical education).

    + Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

    + Ability to wear a respirator and other required PPE.

    + Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and working in physically demanding environments.

    Work Environment:

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
