•** **Key Responsibilities

+ Apply advanced caulking techniques in a manufacturing environment.

+ Assemble components and finished products according to detailed specifications.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.

+ Identify and resolve assembly defects and inconsistencies.

+ Perform tasks ranging from basic to complex mechanical metal assembly.

+ Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency using mechanical aptitude.

+ Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks.

•** **Qualifications

+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

+ Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is advantageous but not required—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

•** **Work Schedule & Compensation

+ **1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

+ **Pay Rate:** Competitive hourly wage of **$18–$19/hr** , based on experience and shift assignment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
