    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by providing assistance with post-sales activities, order management, and account support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers and internal teams. Spanish/English bilingual skills are required to ensure clear communication with our diverse customer base.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support to resolve issues related to orders and accounts in both English and Spanish.

    + Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

    + Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional post-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.

    + Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and account updates.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer accounts and transactions.

    + Respond to inbound sales inquiries and offer detailed information to promote customer satisfaction.

    + Perform data entry tasks related to orders and account management with precision.

    + Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.

    + Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.

    • Strong skills in post-sales support and inbound sales processes.

    • Proficiency in handling order entry and account management tasks.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

    • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with wholesale distribution processes is a plus.

    • Comfortable working in a contract position with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
