Description We are looking for a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Avon, Ohio. This is a Contract to Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual seeking stability and career growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations and supporting the organization’s accounting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Conduct check runs and oversee payment processing activities.

• Utilize Peachtree Accounting Software to manage financial data and reporting.

• Handle basic Excel tasks to support inventory tracking and financial operations.

• Respond to phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with the Controller and General Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with related accounting tasks. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience managing inventory within an accounting or bookkeeping role.

• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Familiarity with Peachtree Accounting Software (training provided if needed).

• Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and financial tracking.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work 100% onsite during business hours, Monday through Friday.

• Experience with bank reconciliations and check runs.
