Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project/Program Manager with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM/OCR/PAYROLL/PPM/GL/ERP technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programs that involve Oracle applications and systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle products, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Essential Functions:
+ Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Oracle-focused initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
+ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.
+ Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Oracle technologies.
+ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
+ Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and other Oracle products.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Experience in managing remote and distributed teams.
