    Meet the Team

Cisco is building a unified, AI-native management platform that brings together Networking, Security, Observability, Collaboration and more into a single, coherent platform experience. You’ll join a small, highly motivated platform team that is partnering across Cisco. We ship iteratively, measure outcomes, and obsess over customer and partner time-to-value. You’ll collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Customer Experience, Sales, and Strategy, plus external tech partners. You’ll also coordinate with exec sponsors across business units to land cross-portfolio initiatives at scale.

    Your Impact

+ You will lead the integration strategy and execution that enables Cisco product teams and external partners to seamlessly plug into our unified AI-native management platform. You'll be the bridge between the core platform team and diverse product groups, ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent experiences, and measurable adoption.

+ Own the platform vision and roadmap for a single management pane that unifies Cisco products and third-party integrations.

+ Define platform primitives (tenancy, identity and access control, policy, events, data models, workflow orchestration, extensibility, marketplace).

+ Lead AI-native experiences: recommendations, autonomous remediation, natural-language, and agentic workflows that learn from practitioner actions.

+ Drive cross-BU alignment on APIs, telemetry, and policy so products “snap in” to the platform with consistent UX and lifecycle.

+ Partner with design to deliver an opinionated, progressive-disclosure UX that scales from quick tasks to complex operations.

+ Validate with lighthouse customers; set adoption, and TTV targets; instrument the platform for actionable metrics.

+ Build cases and pricing/packaging proposals with Finance, Legal, and GTM; enable field, CX, and partners for launch.

+ Run alpha/beta/GA programs; lead backlog and phased delivery across multiple teams; ship value continuously.

    Minimum Qualifications

+ 8+ years in product management (or equivalent), including platform or cross-portfolio products.

+ Confirmed delivery of multi-product or ecosystem platforms (APIs, data models, identity/policy, extensibility).

+ 2+ years building AI-powered product experiences (e.g., retrieval-augmented assistants, recommendations, or automation).

+ Fluency with cloud architectures (multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, data pipelines, eventing) and observability/security basics.

+ Strong partner leadership across engineering, design, CX, sales, partners, and executive forums.

    + Preferred Qualifications

+ Background in networking, security, observability and lifecycle management at enterprise scale.

+ Experience with policy engines, automation/orchestration, and agentic workflows.

+ Comfort defining critical metrics and running evidence-based roadmaps.

+ Excellent narrative and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for executive and customer audiences.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. The recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.

    Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco’s flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations.     1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
