How you’ll make an impact:
+ The Senior Manager role within imaging development is part of a unique group focused on imaging innovation for TMTT
+ You will manage a team of employees and oversee imaging innovation activities.
+ Plan and direct imaging activities project activities with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established schedule, scope and quality objectives.
+ Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, critical path, resolve issues, action item follow-up, etc. in collaboration with cross functional team members
+ Manage team members and/or experienced imaging innovation team and/or oversee the work of assigned team within own function.
+ Identify opportunities and lead the implementation for imaging process improvements
+ Identify key stakeholders' needs and develop solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams for imaging innovation projects
+ Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department
+ Oversee and manage the timelines of protocol development for imaging feasibility for procedures
What you'll need (Required):
+ Bachelor's Degree in in biological, Lifesciences, or Engineering Experience in Class II and III medical device technologies and/or clinical studies background Required
+ Demonstrated track record in people management Required
What else we look for (Preferred):
+ Certifications Other: BSN, P.A, ARRT, ARDMS or RCS
+ Graduate Degrees within imaging or health sciences
+ Proven successful project management and leadership skills
+ Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery
+ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
+ Expert understanding of clinical cardiovascular procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
+ Expert understanding of related aspects of processes and/or systems
+ Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
+ Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
+ Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, business partners, and/or functional peer group managers
+ Participate and present at meetings with internal and external representatives
+ Resolve operational and scheduling issues
+ Develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
+ Develop relationships and leverage them to influence change
+ Support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the organization

For California, the base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $201,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
