Our property is located off I\-405 with SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, and The Forum located three miles away\. Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 13 miles\. We are looking to add a Bistro attendant to our team\!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

+ A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position in afull\-servicerestaurant or hotel setting

+ Previous experience in customer service \(ideally in food and beverage\), demonstrating strong communication and problem\-solving skills

+ Motivated to advance professionally and eager to grow within the company

+ Positive attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job

+ Open availability and the ability to work varied shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a fast\-paced environment

+ Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills to engage customers and colleagues positively

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Supervise, support, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\.

+ Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance\.

+ Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\.

+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards\.

+ Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues and make improvements accordingly\.

+ Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control\.
