What You’ll Do:

+ Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on BMW vehicles

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of issues with precision

+ Conduct inspections and recommend maintenance or repair services

+ Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer experiences

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with BMW and Lithia standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of automotive technician experience with the BMW brand is required

+ Automotive technical training or ASE certifications preferred

+ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

+ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
