    Sunstates Security is hiring for ALL SHIFTS — Full-Time, Part-Time, and FLEX/Utility Security Officer positions in the Forest City, NC area.

     

    + Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts — weekdays and weekends.

    + Starting Pay: $17.50/hour — with weekly pay .

    + FLEX positions require open availability for all shifts and all days.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain seamless security service and follow all post orders for assigned positions.

    + Work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Enforce client and company policies, rules, and regulations.

    + Report any site concerns to management promptly.

    Quality Standards

    + Maintain a neat and professional appearance in a clean, complete uniform.

    + No smoking on assigned posts.

    + Provide friendly, professional customer service.

    + Communicate clearly — both verbally and in writing — and handle routine and crisis situations effectively.

    Qualifications

    + Preferred: Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

    + Basic computer and cell phone proficiency.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Excellent decision-making, judgment, and common sense.

    + Reliable transportation to work sites.

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
