We are looking for an experienced **Quality SpecialistTechnical Writer** . You’ll be immersed in the development and refinement of

operational procedures that align with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001

(Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards,

following Siemens Energy’s Business Process Model Notation 2.0. Your day will

involve collaborating with subject matter experts, reviewing existing

documentation, and authoring clear, compliant, and user-friendly procedures

that support our quality and compliance goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Develop, revise, and maintain high-quality documentation forbusiness processes and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)standards.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gathertechnical information and translate it into clear, structured, and standardizeddocumentation. Facilitate workshops andinterviews to gather process knowledge from subject matter experts.

+ Support the harmonization of procedures across businessunits, identifying opportunities for alignment and simplification and supportin driving digitalization initiatives by contributing to the design andimplementation of digital documentation platforms and workflows.

+ Provide guidance and training on documentation standards andbest practices and support the stakeholders by ensuring documentation isaudit-ready and stays compliant and up to date according to ISO standards

+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the UnitedStates without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may beeligible for internal transfers.

What You Bring

+ Proven experience in technical writing and processdocumentation, preferably within a quality, manufacturing, energy, orindustrial services environment.

+ Experience working with SOPs, work instructions, and othercontrolled documents.

+ In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality managementsystems. Open to expanding knowledge and training beyond technical writing toassist in other regulated functions as needed.

+ Strong understanding of document control principles and documentcontrol systems.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable speaking to groups with the ability to convey complex informationclearly and accurately.

+ inimum of 2-5 years of familiarity with digitialdocumentation tools and Quality Management Systems
