About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Contract Master Data Analyst** to support Liquid I.V.’s expanding data operations. This role will report directly to our in-house Master Data Analyst and play a key role in maintaining, cleansing, and optimizing critical master data across **D365, Syndigo** , and other core systems.
This individual will support both **business-as-usual operations** (mass imports, Syndigo item setup and approvals, error diagnosing, and testing with IT) and **strategic data improvement projects** (item master cleanse and restructure, customer master buildout, and PIM integration).

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
+ **Master Data Maintenance:** Manage day-to-day master data activities, including mass imports, updates, and approvals within D365 and Syndigo.
+ **Syndigo Management & PIM Integration:** Create and approve items in Syndigo, support item master restructuring, and assist in the rollout and testing of PIM integrations.
+ **Data Cleansing & Quality:** Diagnose and resolve data inconsistencies across systems; execute data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve accuracy and standardization.
+ **Testing & Troubleshooting:** Collaborate with IT to test integrations and updates; investigate data errors, perform root-cause analysis, and identify sustainable solutions.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Operations, Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to align data structure and standards with business needs.
+ **Coverage & Support:** Serve as a backup for the internal Master Data Analyst during absences or periods of high volume.
+ **Automation & Tool Development:** Support the design and testing of tools that enable mass creation and automation within Syndigo and D365 to improve efficiency and scalability.
+ **Audit & Workflow Optimization:** Simplify and streamline audit and approval workflows to enhance visibility and reduce manual touchpoints.
+ **Documentation & Training:** Develop guides, SOPs, and reference materials for Syndigo users. Support or host training sessions to increase data literacy across departments.
Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in **master data management, data quality, or data analysis** (CPG, manufacturing, or retail industry preferred).
+ Familiarity with **ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)** and **Product Information Management (PIM) tools (preferably Syndigo)** .
+ Experience executing mass imports, cleansing large datasets, and troubleshooting system or data errors.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency with **Excel** , data analysis, and data manipulation.
• Comfortable navigating large, complex datasets with precision and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives on understanding how systems connect.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion for data integrity, process improvement, and scalable solutions.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $45.00 - 50.00 per hour. The exact rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
