    Description

    The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    + Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

    + Maintaining accurate member information in our database

    + Preparing and processing membership applications

    + Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner

    + Providing information on membership benefits and services

    + Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades

    + Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction

    Available Shifts:

    Monday-Friday: 5:30am-9:00am

     

    Saturday: 12pm-4pm

     

    Sunday: 9:00am-4pm

    Salary:

    $16.00-17.00 per hour based on experience

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ years of customer service experience

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
