The Transportation Specialist will play a crucial role in developing a world-class logistics process, working on high-level strategy, design, and implementation.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
+ Partner with teams to identify and drive process improvements that enhance service, technology, and carrier performance engagement.
+ Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform key business decisions across customer-facing programs.
+ Extract data from various databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with basic computer skills.
+ Effective communication skills and the ability to solve problems.
+ Experience managing large data sets and using them to drive performance and process improvements in supply chain, intermodal, carrier, and transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school or equivalent diploma.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
+ 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent fields.
+ 1+ years of management experience.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Attributes such as ownership, delivering results, and bias for action.
Work Environment
This role requires working 100% onsite with shift schedules including two full-day schedules (Sunday - Wednesday) and three half-day schedules (Wednesday - Saturday). Start times after the training period can range between 7 am - 9 am. This position offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience within the transportation teams.

This is a fully on-site contract to hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
