    Job Title: Order/Parts Coordinator

    Job Description

    As an Order/Parts Coordinator, you will manage parts orders, source components, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient operations. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide support for returns and warranty processing.

    Responsibilities

    + Enter and manage spare parts orders in the ERP system based on customer requests and internal service needs.

    + Source components from inventory, factory, or approved vendors, verifying availability, pricing, and lead times.

    + Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics with warehouse and transportation teams.

    + Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, order status, and basic technical support.

    + Provide accurate quotes and lead times for parts and services.

    + Collaborate with service technicians to ensure required parts are available prior to field visits or repairs.

    + Assist in scheduling service work and ensure proper job closure.

    + Manage customer returns and warranty claims.

    + Issue RMAs and coordinate with suppliers or the factory for approvals and credit processing.

    + Maintain accurate records of orders, part numbers, shipping details, and customer interactions.

    + Update internal tools such as parts catalogs and pricing databases.

    Essential Skills

    + Customer service experience with a focus on administrative support and order processing.

    + At least 3 years of experience in a coordinator and customer-facing role.

    + Experience with ERP systems, ideally Job Boss.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Experience with inventory and/or order management

    + Familiarity with vendor relationships and Salesforce CRM.

    + Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment support is highly desirable.

    Work Environment

    This position is fully onsite in Saline, with working hours from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
