TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Camden, NJ hiring for a sales support specialist. This position would support the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience in a sales and administrative support are are encouraged to apply.

Description

- Support sales manager with purchase order requests

- Enter sales orders and process information accurately

- Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate process with internal team effectively

- Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries

- Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements

- Organize data in excel and accurately input customer information

- Adhere to policies and process for company standards

Qualifications

- Sales support experience

- Any steel industry experience highly preferred but not required

- Excel skills and comfortable with data

- Microsoft office and Outlook

- Invoicing/billing experience

- Shipping/receiving exp.

- Customer service

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
