About the Role

Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Newton, Iowa. This is a great opportunity to start a career in healthcare customer support with a company that promotes from within. Many of our managers began as CSRs!

Key Responsibilities

+ Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.

+ Provide accurate information about products, services, and insurance.

+ Process orders, verify documentation, and route calls appropriately.

+ Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations.

+ Navigate multiple EMR systems to retrieve and enter patient data.

+ Communicate with patients regarding documentation and insurance updates.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.)

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Work Environment

+ 100% on-site

+ Training: 2 weeks (includes orientation, systems training, and mentorship)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
