Responsibilities:

+ Execute Windows 11 deployment for users nationwide, replacing laptops and repurposing existing hardware.

+ Perform imaging and ship imaged devices as needed.

+ Utilize Intune for endpoint device management.

+ Finalize and complete pilot program, ensuring timely rollout completion.

Requirements:

+ Experience with Windows 11 deployment and endpoint management (Intune preferred).

+ Ability to work fully on-site in the Los Angeles office.

+ Strong organizational skills for imaging, hardware replacement, and logistics (e.g., shipping devices).

+ Availability to complete the entirety of the project October to November/December.

Job Description:

+ Provide quality Tier II support to end-users including support for hardware (laptop, desktop, mobile devices), software, and applications including connectivity to network.

+ Provide overflow of support with Tier I issues, as well as supporting Desktop Engineers with project based work.

+ Equipment setup for new hires/terms/transfers.

+ Assist with refresh of hardware and software.

+ Adherence to technology policies and comply with all security controls.

Job Skills:

+ Familiarity with Windows 11, Intune or other imaging tools

+ Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office 365

+ Familiarity with hardware support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
