    Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing prescriptions, reviewing medical records and policies, and handling claims within a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Input prescriptions into Salesforce, managing approximately 30-35 entries per day.

    + Review medical records of patients and prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Evaluate medical policies and records for insurance companies to ensure adherence to regulations.

    + Follow up on any missing information or discrepancies found within records.

    + Communicate with providers or doctors to obtain necessary follow-up information.

    + Manage appeals and denials within claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in a healthcare customer service role.

    + Experience handling appeals or denials on the provider side.

    + Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claims within healthcare.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with medical records and claims management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
