Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting invoice processing for standalone ship centers. Your responsibilities will include comparing invoices submitted by vendors against paper copies to ensure accuracy and submitting them for payment processing. Additionally, you will perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, faxing, and other office tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Receive and review invoices submitted by vendors.
+ Compare invoices to paper copies to ensure they match.
+ Submit invoices to the hiring manager for payment processing.
+ Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, answering phones, and faxing.
+ Maintain effective communication skills to support office operations.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in general accounting, invoice processing, or billing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
+ Accurate typing skills with the ability to type 45 words per minute.
+ Strong data processing and data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
Work Environment
You will work within an office setting, seated at a desk for most of the day. This is a 6-11 month contract position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
