Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative at a well-established credit union serving Michigan residents.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide exceptional service to members by assisting with transactions, account inquiries, and financial solutions

+ Educate members on products and services to help them achieve their financial goals

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

+ Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient branch environment

What We’re Looking For:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ A passion for customer service and helping others

+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

+ Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
