We are hiring a Business Analyst in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)!

Responsibilities

+ Partner with business and product teams to understand and document domain-specific processes.

+ Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses using process mapping techniques.

+ Gather and validate complex product requirements.

+ Author user stories and features with low to medium complexity; contribute to higher complexity workstreams.

+ Build and maintain documentation including flowcharts, best practices, lessons learned, and proofs of concept.

+ Co-facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

+ Assist in test plan creation and independently execute test scenarios.

Qualifications

+ Experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

+ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

+ Familiarity with workflow automation tools is highly desirable.

+ Knowledge of financial services or similarly complex business domains is a plus.

+ Ability to solve problems using technical judgment and precedent.

+ Capability of working onsite in a hybrid capacity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
