Pay: $17.00/hour to start + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits

Schedule: Mon–Fri 11:30 AM–8:00 PM (Training: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM)

Hybrid Remote after Training (3 remote 2 in office days)

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions

+ Assist with homeowners insurance questions, including payments and coverage

+ Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately

+ Deliver professional, solution-focused support with every interaction

+ Occasionally follow up via email and participate in rotational Saturday shifts (once/month)

What You Bring:

+ 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred, retail considered)

+ Comfortable using a Windows PC and navigating software

+ Typing speed of 30+ WPM

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Important Notes:

+ No time off approved during the first 6 weeks

+ Training is 100% onsite for the first month, then transitions to hybrid remote

+ Permanent position — not temporary

• Interview Format:

+ 2-hour group interview

+ Includes a company presentation, a brief personal intro (45 seconds), and an open Q&A

+ Be ready to share your customer service, computer, and phone experience — plus a fun professional fact about yourself!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
