    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Software Engineer – Requirements Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and software development. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and translating functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications that guide the engineering team in building scalable and high-quality software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and end-users to elicit and document software requirements.

     

    Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.

     

    Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable technical specifications.

     

    Work closely with software engineers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

     

    Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.

     

    Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.

     

    Support QA teams in developing test plans and validating that software meets business needs.

     

    Assist in change management and impact analysis for evolving requirements.

     

    Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
