Job Title: HR Technology Analyst***Must be local to Columbus, Ohio***
Job Description
The HR Technology Analyst will support HR technology operations through system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, data management, and process optimization. The goal is to enhance HR functions including payroll, time & attendance, and performance management.
Responsibilities
+ Optimize HR system performance, especially in time tracking, payroll, and performance management.
+ Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HR systems.
+ Support the development of self-service capabilities.
+ Implement business process improvements.
+ Provide data analysis and reporting to HR leadership.
+ Offer training and support to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Manage and configure HR technology systems.
+ Address integration issues and collaborate with technical teams.
+ Identify and implement process improvements.
+ Generate reports and ensure data integrity.
+ Provide training and support for HR system users.
+ Assist in the development of self-service HR capabilities.
+ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience with Workday implementations, with a focus on user adoption and enablement.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively assist end users.
+ Ability to quickly learn system configurations and workflows.
+ Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to user support.
+ Familiarity with change management principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in creating an End User Adoption Action Plan.
+ Ability to update a User Guide/Knowledge Base as needed.
+ Experience in conducting Office Hours and updating Frequently Asked Questions.
+ Capability to provide Project Status Updates.
Work Environment
This role requires a hybrid work schedule with Tuesday through Thursday in-office and Monday and Friday remote/work-from-home.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.86/hr.
