As a Senior Product Manager on the Calendar Copilot team, you will help champion the adoption of AI in every facet of the core calendar experience. You will work on high-impact features that help users prioritize what matters, eliminate friction, and achieve more with less effort.

    Responsibilities

    + Define and communicate product vision and concepts by developing clear scenarios, detailed user journeys, and articulating the “why” and “what” to deliver compelling AI powered product experiences.

    + Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including customer research, requirements definition, user experience, and the launch of new AI-powered capabilities.

    + Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science to evaluate and iterate on solutions that apply AI to solve real-world time management challenges.

    + Lead with thought leadership and AI-first mindset, shaping strategy, formulating goals, deeply understanding user needs, and delivering differentiated product features that leverage AI.

    + Manage cross-team dependencies and align priorities to ensure Calendar Copilot features launch on time and deliver measurable value across devices and platforms.

    + Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, triaging priorities, and ensuring the product exceeds user expectations, especially as we introduce new AI-driven workflows.

    + Present product plans, strategy, demos, competitor reviews and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders; champion a customer-obsessed, outcome-driven, and AI-first product culture.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 5+ years of experience as a product manager or program manager, successfully shipping products through cross-team collaboration including: bringing products, features, or experiences to market, which involves tasks such as design, addressing product market fit, and launch.

    + 1+ year experience in designing and delivering user-centric, AI-powered products for productivity or collaboration at scale, coupled with an AI-first mindset and a proven ability to identify, prioritize, and apply AI to transform both products and team workflows.

    + 2+ years advanced technical problem-solving skills, demonstrating a proven ability to transform complex requirements, including AI/ML, into straightforward and effective solutions.

    + 2+ years data analytics experience and driving product decisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights, particularly where AI can introduce new capabilities, combined with a growth mindset and a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly as new AI opportunities arise

    Other Requirements:

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

     

    + **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 2+ years experience in bringing products, features, or experiences to market, including tasks such as design, addressing product market fit, and launch, as well as utilizing internal tools and frameworks.

    + 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority, combined with a relentless drive for results, with a proven history of delivering high-impact, innovative products in fast-paced environments.

    + Expertise with Microsoft Copilot chat or related technologies, along with a demonstrated passion and experience in leveraging AI, is highly valued.

    + Demonstrated commitment to customer advocacy by consistently prioritizing user outcomes and trust, with track record of effectively presenting and advocating to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
