    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Speech and Language Therapist** to work at a facility in **Wilmington, DE .** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $70 / hour

    School Hours for Assignments

    + Pre-K: 8:50 AM – 4:30 PM

    + Elementary: 8:25 AM – 3:55 PM

    + Middle School: 7:45 AM – 3:10 PM

    + High School: 7:15 AM – 2:45 PM

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Speech and Language Therapist**

    + A valid and current license issued by the State of **DE**

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs.

    + Create and implement therapy plans to improve communication skills.

    + Work with students one-on-one or in small groups.

    + Help students with speech sounds, fluency, and language understanding.

    + Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.

    + Keep records of student assessments and therapy sessions.

    + Monitor and report students' improvement over time.
