The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

About Store Remodels:
No two remodels look exactly alike, and for good reason. We approach each one with a customized combo of the latest enhancements from our next generation of store design to meet the unique needs of a store and the neighborhood around it.
As a **Lead Field Implementation Business Partner** in Store Operations, you will be a critical member of a team that opens and remodels Target Stores. Responsibilities include:
+ Creating and implementing strategies that pursue continuous business development, process improvement, and innovation in service to Store Operations key priorities.
+ Establishing comprehensive project plans, holding partners accountable to ensure all deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders, and executing core deliverables related to project schedules, merchandising, staffing, and payroll plans.
+ Maintaining close contact with the field teams to understand operational opportunities, soliciting and evaluating feedback, and partnering with the appropriate program owners to propose changes that enhance the overall new store or remodel program.
+ Partnering with Executive Team Lead – Remodels to review and recommend store staffing proposals to fulfill individual project requirements, and coach, teach, and train field teams to execute projects successfully.
+ Using data, insights, and observations to advocate for field teams, creating clear and concise information to ensure store teams are receiving the right communication at the right time to implement and execution against project timelines.
+ Being a key partner to help with problem solving in the moment and anticipating future challenges while driving solution-based outcomes to help resolve issues and find short- and long-term solutions.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key properties partners and field leadership while serving as a liaison between stores, HQ, and properties leaders.
+ Drive overall accountability to the execution of assigned remodel projects to ensure on-time and on-budget strategies are met while leading remodel program processes and capabilities.

About You:
+ Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
+ 6+ years of leadership experience, preferably in retail stores, operations, properties, and leading teams
+ 3+ years of project and process management/ownership experience
+ Must be able to travel to markets for assigned projects
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and communicating to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
+ Experience operating in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
+ Ability to challenge the status quo and resolve problems that are without clear precedent
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root cause issues and identify, develop, and implement new processes and practices.
+ Ability to leverage data, insights, and trends to build strategies and drive business results
+ Technical acumen and proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
+ Target stores or remodel experience desired
