    Interested in being a part of the Factory team? We're looking for an outstanding bar-back/busser! Experience is a plus but not necessary. The bar-back will be responsible for cleaning the behind bar, clearing plate and glasses, stocking the beer coolers, and helping keep the restaurant sparkling clean.
