    Work You'll Do

     

    Oracle EPM Manager must be able to work in fast-paced environment by leading and delivering all the deliverable tasks within a stipulated time period.

     

    + Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, driving strategic projects that transform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.

    + Partner closely with stakeholders from Finance and IT to ensure Oracle EPM systems are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned with business objectives.

    + Manage public sector planning and budgeting concepts

    + Work on data management within EPM Automate to build metadata and data load

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    + 4-6+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud experience

    + 6-8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting to include;

    + Public sector planning and budgeting concepts

    + Configuration of financial planning, workforce planning, projects planning, capital budgeting, and forecasting

    + Full end-to-end implementation experience

    + Design of EPM solution and development of the EPBCS Planning Forms, Scripts and Business Rules

    + Lead client session and document client requirements

    + Work on out-of-box cubes

    + Configuration, design, and custom objects/interfaces

    + Data management and EPM Automate experience building metadata and data load

    + Understanding of agile methodologies

    + Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    + Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.

    Preferred:

    + General understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP is preferred

    + State, Local, and High Education experience is highly preferred

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.

     

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
