    Job Title: Cosmetic Skin Care Sales Manager

     

    Type: Direct Hire

     

    Compensation: $100000 - $120000 annually

     

    Contractor Work Model: Onsite

    Experience:

    + 7-10 years of experience in the sale of cosmetics, skin care, and luxury beauty brands, including sales management, marketing, and brand development expertise.

    + An established network of distributors and retailers (book of business).

    + Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.

    + Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and knowledge of hyaluronic acid products.

    Responsibilities:

    + Introduce the company’s skin care line to retailers and distributors.

    + Develop sales strategies to meet business goals, including maintaining and increasing online sales.

    + Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.

    + Oversee product distribution logistics, including import/export processes and order management.

    + Present and lead sales presentations, participating in trade shows across the US.
