Job Title: Project Coordinator

Type: 14 month Contract

Compensation: $45.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a 14 month contract position located in Newnan, GA.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

+ Provides day to day support to project managers and supervision to ensure their assigned projects are properly set up, assigned, and tracked appropriately throughout their lifecycle.

+ Has daily interaction with field, engineering, operations, and/or support personnel.

+ Plays an active role in project analysis, project workflow, and the preparation of deliverables to achieve defined objectives.

+ Utilizes data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements.

+ Supports the project team on project administration and process improvements Facilitate effective project meetings (project kickoff, status, progress review, etc.)

Project Coordinator Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in project coordination.

+ Expertise in advanced project coordination methodologies, including risk management and quality control.

+ Proven ability to lead project coordination teams, develop and implement project coordination strategies, and mentor junior coordinators.

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, project managers, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

+ 10 to 15 years of experience plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within a utility company. This position requires in-depth knowledge of project management and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution.

+ Possesses a strong working knowledge of work management systems to help coordinate engineering and construction activities.
