Job Summary

**Job Title:** Unitary Foreman

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.

+ Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.

+ Will have superior customer relations skills.

+ Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.

+ MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test.

+ Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.

+ Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.

+ Should be proactive when possible “warranty” or “credits” could arise.

+ Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures.

+ Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time.

+ Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education.

+ Should be the technical “go to” for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence.

+ Assist sales and quote department with technical information required.

**Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

+ Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years’ service field experience.

+ Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Strong computer skills a plus.

+ Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Compensation Range:** $60 Per Hour **_The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results._
