    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    MANAGER, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

    We are looking for a Manager, Marketing and Communications, to serve as the marketing partner and account manager for more than 30 operating companies, coordinating the planning and execution of marketing and communications projects. This position will manage timelines, work closely with the internal creative team and ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs. The role reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications to advance specific marketing initiatives. The company is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, and the role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office).

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    More specifically, the Manager, Marketing and Communications is responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans consistent with the organization’s long-range strategic goals and objectives, including:

    + Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact and account manager for more than 30 operating companies, advising on best practices and processes

    + Partner with operating companies to develop marketing and sales collateral, newsletters, recruitment materials, email campaigns and web pages

    + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging, branding and design across all materials

    + Assist in proofreading, reviewing and routing marketing content for internal approvals

    + Identify opportunities for content development and social media engagement to showcase key initiatives and grow audiences

    Qualifications

    Manager, Marketing and Communications qualifications and experience required include:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or communications required

    + 5-8 years of corporate B2B marketing, communications experience

    + Experience with digital and print marketing, web strategy and social media strategy

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong interpersonal skills, fostering trust and credibility

    + Demonstrated success in client-facing or account management roles

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Comfortable communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

    + Construction and building industry experience a plus

    + Extensive knowledge of technology, including digital marketing and social media platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software; ability to effectively self-perform software-related tasks; require strong fluency in analytics in order to manage metrics effectively.

    + Ability to travel occasionally to operating companies in various locations

    Compensation Range: $110,000-$120,000

     

    Other Compensation: This position is bonus eligible.
