Job Title: Order Fulfillment & Bank Vault Associate - 2nd shift

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Hourly Payrate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Model: Onsite (100%)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 Noon - 7:30 PM

Order Fulfillment & Bank Vault Associate - 2nd shift Responsibilities:

+ Credit card manufacturing company - highly secure facility. This person help with order fulfillment, QC checks and movements in and out of the Bank Vault (2-prson task). Helps with the the paperwork/mail associated with credit card manufacturing.

+ Operates high speed postage metering machinery (US Postal Service machine) designed to process thousands of pieces of mail per hour. Brings finished goods to Bank Vault (2-person job)

+ Ensures customers order specifications are accurate and sets-up mail machinery, refers to customer specifications to ensure accuracy of order. Preforms visual inspection of final product.

+ Helps prepares customers product for shipment and processing

+ Assists with material movement in and out of Bank Vault, quality control and preparing shipments.

+ Performs QC checks to review shipping data matches customer information (product accuracy – cards must match customer info such as address, name, DOB, etc.)

+ Transports finished credit cards to Fulfillment for further processing (2-person job for all material movements, at all times)

+ Works heavily with MS Excel spreadsheets, PDF files and Machinery designed to impregnate data into credit cards. Must be capable of working with and using "basic" MS Excel

+ Facility has capability to produce many different types of credit cards. Each day thousands and thousands are produced and shipped (USPS) using high speed automation machinery. Very rarely does an error occur (less than .01% error rate).

+ Learns how to identify errors, concerns or problems with data integrity and resolves issues before printing labels.

+ Preforms manual inspection on credit cards to ensure accuracy.

+ Works extensively in computer throughout course of shift. Running Production Machinery is primary responsibility but this person does help in other areas as we are a small team.

Order Fulfillment & Bank Vault Associate - 2nd shift Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired but not required.

+ Must have good MS Excel skills. Training on using MS Excel is limited and it is expected this person knows how to use basic MS Excel. This will include basic data entry, basic formulas, must have overall has strong computer skills and abilities proven through prior work experience.

+ Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)

+ At leas two (2) years experience working in any other type of production environment or office setting with “mailing” or “shipping” or related "Bank Vault" responsibilities, or related similarly related manufacturing environment

+ Must be a highly organized person to be successful in this role and possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product and stand for up to eight (8) hours

+ Strong computer skills. Should comfortable, at all times, on computer and be able to call up existing templates and programs on label printer, make small adjustments as needed to other printing equipment

+ Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely.

+ Must be able to preform basic data entry and ensure accuracy

+ Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc.
