System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for an Accountant. This position works closely with the rest of the Fixed Assets team who excel in their areas of expertise. Hybrid work environment

Main responsibilities include:

+ Unitizing the assets when they have large projects. Review the data and sort through it categorizing items quickly

+ Prepare regulatory reports periodically

+ Review specific accounts regularly making any necessary reclassification or correcting entries

+ Involved with month-end and year-end close as it relates to the position's area of accounting

+ Assist with other projects as requested

Requirements:

+ Minimum of 1 – 2 years in accounting at the staff accountant level or above.

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and understanding of Sox Controls

+ Proficient in Excel and comfortable with computer systems

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, logical thought process

+ Self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done

+ Effective communicator, both written and verbal

+ Detail oriented and organized

+ Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

Salary: $70K - $90K
