    Director of Rehabilitation – Columbia, SC

     

    We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy services team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) with strong clinical expertise and proven management experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily operations of rehab services (PT, OT, SLP)

    + Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines

    + Support and mentor therapy staff to promote professional growth

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

    + Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + Active state license as an OT or OTA

    + Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Responsibilities

    • To direct and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the rehab department.

    • To provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.

    • Responsible for coordinating all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology)

    • To provide quality patient care.

    • To maintain effective communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management.

    • To monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center

    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid professional license in the state of practice

    • Graduate of an accredited school. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements
