We are currently seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Boart Longyear team in West Valley, Utah.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the asset disposal process by creating folders, completing necessary forms, uploading all supporting documentation, performing registration transfers where applicable, retiring assets in systems and providing all necessary information and reports.
+ Manage light and commercial vehicles registration and permitting.
+ Submit expense reports for all maintenance-related expenses.
+ Organizing and maintaining records, files, and documentation.
+ Create and maintain a library of standard electronic documents.
+ Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
+ 1-2 years of experience with administrative or clerical duties.
+ High School diploma required.
+ Associates degree in business or a related field preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on challenges.
+ Experience with company fleet tracking and vehicle registrations highly preferred.
