    Position Summary

    We are seeking aLogistics Coordinatorto manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics operations for capital and service jobs across North America. This role supports installation and service teams working in the pharmaceutical industry and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Drive 100% on-time delivery (OTD) for divisional shipping and receiving operations.

    + Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including picking, packing, and processing shipments.

    + Manage spare parts logistics: review reports, ensure timely shipments, and maintain inventory.

    + Receive and inspect incoming shipments; document and organize materials.

    + Establish and maintainVisual Managementand5S proceduresin the logistics space.

    + Create and update workflow procedures, SOPs, and shared documentation.

    + Prepare and process outgoing shipments (spare parts, returns, machine orders).

    + Maintain accurate inventory records, issue parts, and manage stock levels.

    + Ensure compliance with international shipping standards and documentation.

    + Coordinate inventory counts and cycle counts.

    + Support and maintain theJD Edwards ERPdatabase; suggest process improvements.

    + Collaborate with Comecer logistics teams in Italy and the Netherlands.

    + Work with customs brokers to ensure successful import of international deliveries.

    + Adhere toISO standards, health and safety rules, and company policies.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma required; associate degree in logistics or management is a plus.

    + Minimum2 years of experiencein inventory or shipping/receiving.

    + Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

    + Experience with shipping software and ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).

    + Forklift operation and ability to pack hardware and supplies.

    + Fluent in English (written and oral); Spanish or Italian is a plus.

    + Strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Detail-oriented, resilient, and process-driven.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
