Description and Requirements

**About the role:** Lenovo is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to support the North America team.You will play a crucial role insupporting efficient and complianttrade operations for Lenovo.This roleismapped to Lenovo’s US Global Headquarters in Morrisville, NC (Raleigh/Durham area) with the expectation that work is performed in a hybrid setting (3 days in office; 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Trade Documentation:** Review andvalidatedocumentation for compliance and operational accuracy.

+ **Monitor Regulatory Updates:** Monitorand assess regulatory changesimpactingbusiness operations.

+ **Global Compliance Oversight:** Supportadherence to international regulations across all countries where business is conducted.

+ **Risk Mitigation:** Conduct investigations to minimize legal and operational risks.

+ **Tariff Management:** Monitorand manage tariffsto ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance, andsupport recovery processes.

+ **Communication & Coordination:** Effectively convey regulatory and tariff changes to internal stakeholders and customs brokers, ensuringaccurateimplementation.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Abachelor’s degree inInternationalBusiness,Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,orrelated field

+ Strong analytical skills: attention to detail and driven attitude to take ownership and deliver on commitments.

+ Excellent communication skills **,** with the ability to clearly convey complex regulatory and operational information to diverse internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experiencecoordinating withsupply chainand customs departments tofacilitatecompliant global trade operationsand effective tariff management

+ Strong innovative mindset with the ability to streamline processesand adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes

+ Ability to collaborate and work across functional groups
