**Hourly:** $34.97/hour to $53.86/hour
Typically, selected candidates are hired at a salary rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Position Summary
Under general supervision, this position will support a short-term initiative focused on the cleanup, reorganization, and optimization of PolicyTech. This role will be instrumental in improving the storage, accessibility, and tracking of key organizational documents, including policies, programs, procedures, and reference materials.

accommodations will be made as required. The job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change at any time by the employer. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Assess current document management systems and identify areas of improvement.
+ Clean up, archive, and reorganize existing digital files and documentation.
+ Develop and implement improved storage structures, naming conventions, and metadata tagging.
+ Establish and document clear processes for the creation, storage, and maintenance of organizational documents.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
+ Improve tracking and version control systems for policies, procedures, and reference documents.
+ Create user guides or training documentation for updated systems and processes.
+ Ensure compliance with internal standards and any applicable regulatory requirements.
+ Assist with implementing changes within PolicyTech.
+ Update information within PolicyTech to better track stored documents.
+ Work with Regulatory Specialist to utilize expanded PolicyTech functionality.
+ Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as directed.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to Document Management related discussions.
+ In this position, if needed to operate a GPUD vehicle for business purposes, please refer to the Vehicle/Asset Usage Policy, IS-TA-POL-001.

+ Understand and adhere to compliance requirements for this position that may include laws, regulations, security guidelines, Grant PUD policies & procedures.
+ Actively participate in all aspects of our safety program, including but not limited to:
+ Following all safety policies and procedures;
+ Alerting supervisors and coworkers to unsafe or hazardous working conditions;
+ Reporting any safety incidents or close calls within 24 hours to your supervisor; and
+ Accepting feedback from supervisors and coworkers regarding your own safety performance.
**Required Qualifications** (Education and Experience, License, and/or Certifications):
+ Experience with PolicyTech
+ Experience with enterprise document management systems
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications** (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications):
+ Experience in an office environment.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies in the workplace.
+ High attention to detail and performing tasks accurately.
Physical Requirements
+ Position may be eligible for hybrid work arrangement: ☒Yes ☐No
+ Majority of work is performed in the field, with some work a standard office setting.
+ Will perform work onsite at the locations of the assigned Business Units.
+ Typical shift of employees in this position: ☐8 hours ⊠ 9 hours ⃞ 10 hours ⃞ 12 hours
