JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Administration Specialist supports the Sales Team and Sales Administration Team with daily operational tasks.
COMPETENCIES:
+ Processing Sales Deals for CAT Rental Store Sales Reps
+ Receiving and processing sale contracts
+ Machine preparation and delivery scheduling
+ Invoicing and commission payment
+ Warranty registration
+ Processing and Titling of Trailer sales deals
+ Receiving and processing sale contracts
+ Trailer preparation and delivery scheduling
+ Invoicing and commission payment
+ Title Registration and Temp Tag processing
+ Assisting with New Machine Incoming Process
+ Receiving New Equipment into database (DBS)
+ Initiating E-mail communication between Service Departments and Sales Coordinators
+ Work Order ticket opening
+ Miscellaneous document processing, reporting and invoicing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field is preferred.
+ Three to Five years of business office experience is preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Great people skills, enthusiastic personality
+ Excellent Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail
+ Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
