    Sr Procurement Buyer

     

    You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the successful execution of procurement activities by optimizing procurement practices, enhancing profitability, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain, making your expertise an indispensable asset to our organization's success.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.

    • Oversee and manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

    • Provide guidance to a team of procurement professionals, ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Extensive experience in procurement and project management.

    + Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.

    + Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

    + Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.

    + In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
